Thanks to the support of Crossing the Sea, from March 12 to 15, the Temporada Alta Festival 2025, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Lima, hosted the KissKissYou movement workshop by Kinkaleri.
The workshop was developed with a group of 15 local dancers who stood out for their commitment, openness, and enthusiasm in exploring new forms of physical practice. The aim of the workshop was to develop and deepen physical practices of proximity, creating a space for sharing and connection among participants, who demonstrated great creativity and adaptability, allowing both individual and collective potential to emerge.
It was particularly interesting to observe how the participants’ different backgrounds and experiences contributed to a unique synthesis of languages and approaches to dance.
The workshop proved to be a stimulating experience, not only in terms of performance quality, but also for the richness of the relationships and the creativity that emerged. The results achieved confirm the value of these projects in creating spaces for exchange and growth between different cultures.
